1 package ramen noddles (discard seasoning packet) ½ bell pepper (red, yellow, or orange), diced ½ heaping cup of chopped broccoli florets ½ cup sugar snap peas cut into thirds 1 carrot chopped 1 tablespoon cilantro 1 green onion diced ½ cup mandrian oranges ½ teaspoon sesame seeds (optional) 1 large chicken breast, cut in half Sesame Ginger Dressing 2 tablespoons soy sauce ½ cup vegetable oil 3 tablespoons rice vinegar 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 teaspoon garlic minced 3 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon fresh ginger 1 teaspoon sriracha 2 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Method
One step per line
Cut the large chicken breast in 2 and cook on stove in cast iron pan. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Cook the ramen as directed on package. Drain and put in bowl. Finely chop all other veggies. Place in bowl. Make dressing. Put ½ cup in the dressing in the bowl. Reserve the rest for extra dressing or other stuff. :) Chop chicken. Combine everything in a bowl.
