Ingredients
One per line — e.g. “2 cups flour, sifted”
10-14 oz chicken breasts 2 large russets potatoes olive oil + salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (for potatoes) 1 Tbsp Au Jus Gravy Mix 1 Tbsp Ranch seasoning 2 Tbsp butter Pepperonchinis or banana peppers 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Method
One step per line
Wash your potatoes, peel them, and get them cut up into small cubes. Toss those with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (I don’t use exact measurements for this part) Cook your potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes shaking them around at least a couple times while they cook. You could also cook them in the oven at the same temperature increasing the cooking time by about 10 minutes. Once potatoes are cooking, cut chicken into cubes Season your chicken with olive oil, half a packet of Au Jus Gravy mix, Ranch seasoning, and a splash of the juice from the banana peppers. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium high heat with a little bit of butter. Once your chicken and potatoes have finished cooking add the potatoes into the skillet. Stir everything together well so that you get chicken and potatoes in every bite! Top that with some shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle on a bunch of sliced pepperonchinis. Let that broil in the oven for just a few minutes to melt the cheese (you could also cover with a lid and let this sit on the stove until cheese melts)
