Flour inside of turkey bag Place turkey inside of bag. Rub with softened butter and cover with poultry seasoning. Stuff inside of the bird with chopped celery, onion, 2 tablespoon minced garlic, salt, and polutry seasoning (¼ cup polutry seasoning) Outside the bird, place more chopped celery, onion, minced garlic, salt, and polutry seasoning Bake according to size chart on the oven bag box. First 2 hours - cover with tin foil. Last 2 hours - uncover
