Ingredients

4 servings
  • Sugar2 cups
  • Oil1½ cups
  • Eggs4
  • Grated Carrots3 cups
  • Flour2 cups
  • Baking Soda2 teaspoons
  • Salt½ teaspoon
  • Cinnamon2 teaspoons

Method

  1. 01

    Combine sugar & oil, beat until blended.

  2. 02

    Beat in eggs one a time. Stir in carrots.

  3. 03

    Sift in flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon.

  4. 04

    Pour batter into greased pans.

  5. 05

    Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 mins.

  6. 06

    Top with brown sugar cream cheese buttercream (see above)
