Method

1. 01

   Flour inside of turkey bag

   Place turkey inside of bag. Rub with softened butter and cover with poultry seasoning.

3. 03

   Stuff inside of the bird with chopped celery, onion, 2 tablespoon minced garlic, salt, and polutry seasoning (¼ cup polutry seasoning)

4. 04

   Outside the bird, place more chopped celery, onion, minced garlic, salt, and polutry seasoning

5. 05

   Bake according to size chart on the oven bag box. First 2 hours - cover with tin foil. Last 2 hours - uncover
